Co-op 145 provides education and professional development services for NEET youth and consumers to excel within the arts & entertainment industry. We've curated a community for individuals or groups passionate about fostering new opportunities, increasing community engagement, and developing and strengthening accessibility to resources for youth and marginalized people.

Using an Each One Teach One Model, we place a focus on capacity building and professional development weaved into engaging community driven projects and educational programming. By offering Free community lead workshops and youth education placements, we provide programming for all spectrums by exchanging communal knowledge.
